Today, she came over and I tossed the ball to her and she’d hit it. We’d visualize the net and count up how many hits (balls that would go over the net) and misses she’d get. I’m trying out for the high school volleyball teams this coming August with four years of experience. Generally, I play DS/libero. I’m looking for advice on drills I can work on at home (with and without a partner) to prepare. I’m also curious as to how much I should work on hitting/setting/serving.
