projectile motion

Dont forget to consider ground level (ie height of volleyball player)

wow, all of them and more!
I think YOU need to think of these. but I will give you a couple of examples:

impulse - momentum
The ball is coming down, it is “bumped” by player.
Initially it has momentum mv down, it experiences an impulse (force x time) and leaves with momentum mv’ UP. impulse = change in momentum = mv’- (-mv)

you can talk about different forces in bump versus set versus smash versus serve.
you can talk about jumping, work(force x distance) of legs, cons. of energy of players as they leap up and then come down….it really is endless, but YOU need to apply it.
