I am planning on trying out for volleyball in a month and I was wondering what exercies I should be doing- to work out my upper arm, forearm, abs, & legs- thighs & calves. Currently I am doing pushups, then jogging, crunches, then squats. Anything I should be doing differently/ also include in my workout?

Mostly legs for jumping

jump rope for 10+ minutes, squats are good pushups are good and do sit ups more then crunches, and also the best workout is to practice, you use different muscles when you play volleyball then you would use running so get into position and have a partner throw some balls to you or you can use the side of your house to practice with

Exercises that is with your legs cause you need your legs in volley ball, and exercises like jogging and dancing helps to.
