Whenever it rains my outdoor volleyball court gets soaked which ultimately causes the sand to get packed down and almost as hard as dirt. Basically very bad playing conditions for anything competitive, I then have to till (churn up) the sand which takes hours and is ruined only days later when it rains again. Does anyone know a cost effective way to keep an outdoor sand volleyball court dry without building a permanent roof over the court?
